1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The product is in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement product (subject to availability).

5. Return Shipping Costs

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
